These Terms govern your use of Bolke, a voice typing app that converts your speech to text using on-device recognition, supporting Hinglish and English.

Use of Service

• You agree to use Bolke in compliance with applicable laws.
• Bolke provides voice-to-text conversion using on-device speech recognition. All processing happens locally on your device.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing the transcribed text as speech recognition may not be 100% accurate.

Permissions

• Microphone: Required to capture your voice for speech-to-text conversion.
• Accessibility Service: Required to insert text into other apps. This permission is used solely for text insertion and is not used to collect or transmit any data.
• Overlay Permission: Required to display the floating bubble that lets you activate voice typing from any app.

Accounts

• You may be required to sign in (e.g., with Google/Firebase). Keep your credentials secure.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-compliance, or security reasons.

Subscriptions / Payments

• Certain features may be paid. Prices and features may change with notice.
• Third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) terms apply to transactions.

Disclaimer

Bolke is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for high reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Speech recognition accuracy may vary based on accent, background noise, and other factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bolke, including but not limited to errors in transcription.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
